TEAM EQUIPMENT

TEAM EQUIPMENT - REQUIRED (bold items required at check-in)

• A vehicle signs "CAUTION-RUNNER ON ROAD" (minimum 17 x 22 inches) to be attached to the rear of your vehicle. These can be hand made but they must be legible.

• First Aid kit for blisters, abrasions, etc.

• Trash bags

• One copy of both the Relay Handbook and the Leg Maps Book

• Two brightly colored reflective vests (orange or yellow)

• Only one vehicle per team permitted (maximum 6.5 x 19 feet); No buses, campers, limousines, trailers, motor homes, or extra vehicles

• Clipboard for Team Time Record

• Watch/stopwatch for clipboard with Team Time Record

• Water, electrolyte/sports drinks, food since there are no aid stations
  

TEAM EQUIPMENT - RECOMMENDED FOR EACH VEHICLE

• Cooler

• Food, drinks

• Maps

• Markers, pens, pencils, paper

• Cell phone

• Tape for vehicle signs

• Toilet paper, wet wipes, paper towels, water bottles
  

RUNNER EQUIPMENT - RECOMMENDED

• Camera

• Driver license, ID required for "Masters" competitive teams

• Foot-care aids

• Money, credit card

• Plastic bags for wet clothes, icing injuries, trash

• Reflective and warm clothing

• Rain gear - it is winter in Oregon after all

• Reflective vest - for increased visibility if overcast

• Extra running shoes, shirts, shorts, socks

• Sunglasses, sunscreen, hat/visor

• Vaseline

• Water bottle
